Thank you very much to all of you that took the time to send me your condolences for the recent death in the family. I did not know my husband's grandmother as she was in the advanced stages of Alzheimer's Disease when I came into the family. My husband read each of your e-mails and was comforted by everybodies kind words. Here is Roy's Article this week.
DO TIME AND MONEY SOLVE HEALTH PROBLEMS?

The medical profession and the pharmaceutical industry want us to believe that if we just give them enough time and money that they will one day find the cure for every disease known to man. At the same time they haven’t found a cure for any disease in over 60 years. Should we continue to waste time and money on such foolishness as drugs?
Dr. John Edwards is an MD who runs a clinic in the San Francisco area. He specializes in Internal Medicine and received his training at the London School of Medicine.
In one of his latest speeches Dr. Edwards stated:
“Drugs are very specific and because of being so highly specific and concentrated, they all have negative side effects. Doctors are hesitant to believe in natural solutions to health problems because they are not taught the truth about them in medical school. As a result 295 people per day die from prescription drugs. Drugs are the 4th leading cause of death in the USA. Twenty three percent of Americans die from cancer each year. Fifty two percent die from stroke and heart attack each year.”
Dr. Edwards went on to say that, “From 1957 until 2005 the mortality rate for cancer has not changed.” In other words, medicine is not saving a higher percentage of cancer patients from death in 2005 than they were in 1957. Millions of dollars have been spent on research for a cure for cancer since 1957 and still there is not even one suitable medical option that does not have dangerous side effects.
In Revelations Chapter 18 verse 23 we are warned that toward the end of time the nations will be deceived by sorcery. What should this mean to you? Lets see what the word sorcery means in the most recognized and reliable bible dictionary.
According to Strong’s Concordance the word sorcery means:
5331. pharmakeia far-mak-i'-ah from 5332; medication ("pharmacy"), i.e. (by extension) magic (literally or figuratively):--sorcery, witchcraft.
Could it be that the pharmaceutical industry will be used to deceive the nations, to drug us into submission? Make note that each time in the bible that sorcery is used it provoked God to wrath.
In this season let us remember that we are celebrating the Son of God and His birth. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and in Him is all healing, not some synthetic drug (sorcery) of man.
It is interesting that as a family we have not been to a medical doctor in over 17 years with the exception of my wife Gwen who did decide last year to get a pap smear. When she went back to the doctor for the results he could not believe she was 47 years old. He said all her readings were those of a much younger woman not mention that she looks like she is around 35.
We don’t trust the medical profession except to diagnose disease. Once the disease is diagnosed then first turn your faith to God and seek a good Christian natural health care provider for help. Then you should continue to use your doctor to verify that you are indeed healing.
In closing let me remind each of you that as a nation we are going to have to decide, will we put our faith in man and his concoctions or in God and His creations? As for my family, and me we will put our faith in God.

LAUGHTER, THE BEST MEDICINE
An honest man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman on a busy boulevard, when suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him. He did the right thing, stopping at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten the red light by accelerating through the intersection.
The tailgating woman hit the roof, and the horn, screaming in frustration as she missed her chance to get through the intersection.
As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up into the face of a very serious police officer.
The officer ordered her to exit her car with her hands up. He took her to the police station where she was searched, finger printed, photographed, and placed in a holding cell.
After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting officer was waiting with her personal effects.
He said, I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I pulled up behind your car while you were blowing your horn, flipping off the guy in front of you, and cussing a blue streak at him. I noticed the 'Choose Life' license plate, the 'What Would Jesus Do?' bumper sticker, the 'Follow Me to Sunday-School' bumper sticker, and the chrome-plated Christian fish emblem on the trunk.
Naturally, I assumed you had stolen the car.
